The J bar B Cattle Company now has a homozygous black bull for a herd sire. This is the path we want to take
in our quest to offer homozygous black hereford bulls to the commercial breeder. Testing our bulls for this
desirable trait will become part of our operational standards.
Being able to guarantee 100% black hided offsprings is one of our goals and can only mean better profits for
the commercial breeders at the sale barn.
Included is a photo of the first "Sonny" bull offspring and the desired eye pigment is great.
